- 1 lb chicken tenders (I didn’t have the tenders, so I just took a pound of chicken breasts and cut them up into strips)
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tsp garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup sun dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh basil (cut into ribbon strips)
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/2 cup cream
- 2 tbsp EVOO
- 1 tbsp butter
- salt and pepper
So I have no idea what the nutritional content is for this recipe, and I am so glad for that….I don’t think it can be healthy for me as it involved CREAM! I paired the chicken with a whole grain bowtie pasta - it was my rationale for the not-so-good-for-me sauce :)

So it’s been a while since I last blogged…I guess the past couple of weeks I have been a wee bit busy with wedding planning!!!! This is an oldie but goodie recipe of mine - first found in Cuisine Lite but I have modified it for my tastes…aka took out the onions!!!! I paired it with a whole grain cous cous…nutritional content does not include this side.
