- Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups (I had 10)
- muffin tin and liners
- 1 box Jello no-bake cheesecake mix
- mini chocolate chips
- graham cracker crumbs
So today Jerome is turning the big 4-0…and in addition to his birthday presents & weekend extravaganza, I decided to make him a yummy treat. These are Cheesecake cups, with a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup as the bottom…yeah it’s kinda glorious. Top it off with some graham cracker crumbs and mini chocolate chips and voila - happy birthday cups!!!

So Jerome has been wonderful lately (more than usual!) and so I decided I wanted to do something for him. Neither of us have to work today, yet I never can sleep in. I tip toed downstairs to make him a surprise breakfast…Bacon Omlette Cups. In addition I peeled some mandarin oranges, toasted whole grain english muffins, and brewed him some Caribou coffee. He woke up before I could bring this to him in bed, but nonetheless he got a great start to the day :)

So I wanted to make a chicken dish the other night, but I really didn’t have much in the way of ingredients in the house. So I perused through my Pintrest board to see if there was anything I had saved that required minimal items…and this is what I came up with! I did a little bit of a tweak to the original recipe, but it turned out REALLY good (and easy).
