- 8 strips of bacon, diced
- ½ lb. of asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-3 inch pieces
- 1 cup pinot grigio (or any white wine you have on hand)
- ½ cup shaved parmesan cheese
- Spices as desired – red pepper flakes, garlic pepper, or ground pepper
