Ingredients
- 1 cup butter (softened)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cups chocolate chips (I used Ghirardelli Milk Chocolate)
- 2 cups flaked coconut
Directions
- After preheating the oven to 375 degrees, blend together the butter and sugars...note make sure the butter is softened! I used my KitchenAid mixer.
- Beat in the eggs and add the flour. Separate mix together the flour, soda, and salt, and then stir into the butter/sugar - in increments.
- Fold in the chips and coconuts, and use a cookie spoon for making your cookies.
- Bake for about 10 minutes (check at 8 minutes) and then try not to eat them all before they cool down!
