What I used:
*Whole wheat pita…you can really use any but this is what I had on hand. 3 pita filled my entire pizza stone that I bake them on
* EVOO
* Spices: Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb, sea salt, pepper, and garlic salt
* round stone or a baking sheet
* brush – for EVOO
~ cut the pita in half…open up, not like a pocket. Brush EVOO on both sides of the pita, and then sprinkle on your spices. Then, cut them up into bite sizes – uniform sizes not required (I tried that once…it took forever). Bake on 350 for about 15-20 minutes, or until your desired crispiness. Enjoy!
