Grilled Balsamic Steaks - makes 4 servings @ 180 calories each
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce (or soy sauce if unavailable)
- 1 clove minced garlic (I used a lot more!)
- 1 lb strip steak

~ combine 3 roma tomates (de-seeded and chopped), 1 cucumber (peeled and chopped), 3/4 chopped green pepper, 4 cups washed spinach, some white cheddar cheese (choppped up!) and Publix Poppyseed Dressing.
