1/2 cup mayonnaise
12 eggs… hard boiled
1 tbsp. Dry mustard
2 tbsp. (or so!) finely shredded cheddar cheese
Bacon - cooked crispy. I used 6 strips in total
~ cut the eggs lengthwise and separate the whites from the yolks. Mix the mayo, mustard, yolks, cheese, and 2-3 strips crumbled; then place the mixture in a plastic baggie. Cut the tip of one corner of the baggie and squeeze some into each egg half. To garnish, put the rest the bacon bits on top…add paprika if desired!
