Ingredients:
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 cup butter, cold
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 10 strips bacon, cooked & crumbled
- ¼ cup milk
Using a spoon, place balls of dough about an inch apart on the parchment paper. Using the flat bottom of a glass (dipped in flour), flatten the ball. Bake for about 16 minutes…rotate the pan halfway through. Remove from the oven and let cool on a rack!
