Ingredients - for two sandwiches
* Brie - cut thinly and enough to cover 1 slice of bread for each sandwich
* Thinly sliced ham...I used Boar's Head
* Bread...I used Publix White Mountain Bread from the bakery...delish* 1/4 cup EVOO
For the Oil mix:
* 1 tsp sugar
* zest and freshly squeezed juice from a lemon
* S&P to taste
* 1 garlic clove, finely minced
~~ In a blender (I used my Cuisinart processor), add the above ingredients and pulse until blended well. Brush oil mix onto one side of each piece of bread. Grill each piece of bread on medium heat for a few minutes until there are grill marks...note I used my Griddler for this :) Once the grill marks are there, layer the cheese on top of one piece for each sandwich and let melt for a minute or so. Add the ham and the arugula and then the other piece of bread. Grill for a few more minutes and Voila! I steamed some green beans to get a bit more veggies in the mix :)
