Ingredients:
* 3 medium zucchini
* zest from one lemon
* 1-2 tbsp EVOO
* Salt & pepper to taste
~ cut the top and bottom off of the zucchinis, and then cut them into strips - I left mine long as I didn't want them falling through the grill grates. Put the zucchini, lemon zest and S&P in a gallon size bag; then add the EVOO. Seal the bag and shake so all ingredients adhere to the zucchini and let sit for about 10-15 minutes. Throw on the grill for about 1-2 minutes, then flip over for another 2 minutes. See...easy!!!!
