~ chop/mince some fresh garlic (I used 4 big cloves)
2 tbsp EVOO
2-3 tbsp butter
1-1.5lbs frozen shrimp (deheaded & deveined)
1/2 c white wine
Red pepper flakes
Fresh ground black pepper
Fresh lemon juice
In a large sauté pan turn on high heat…then add 2 tbsp EVOO & 2-3 tbsp…when all melted, add in garlic and red pepper flakes. When the edges of the garlic start to brown, add in shrimp. Cook on medium high heat (about 5-6 minutes) until shrimp had changed color - no longer translucent and is now pinkish). Reduce heat and add in lemon juice and pepper…serve over the linguini when it has finished boiling!
