Ingredients:
1/2 tbsp EVOO mayo
1/2 lemon - squeezed for juice
1.5 tbsp softened butter
Dash (or so) of Tabasco
Salt & pepper to taste
1/4 cup parmesan
2 grouper fillets
Spray a baking sheet with some EVOO spray and place the grouper on it. Squeeze the lemon juice over the fish. Broil the fish for about 6 minutes. While its broiling, mix together all of the other ingredients. Remove the fish from the other and brush the cheese mix on top. Put back in oven for about 3-4 minutes. That’s it!!!
