Ingredients:
- 2 lb ground beef (I used 93% lean), cooked!
- ½ onion, chopped
- 3 carrots, chopped
- 4 stalks celery, chopped
- 2 cans diced tomatoes, undrained
- 2 cans red kidney beans, drained
- 1 can white kidney beans, drained
- 3 cans (30 oz total) beef stock
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 3 tsp oregano
- 2 tsp parsley
- 1 tsp tabasco
- 20 oz spaghetti sauce
- 8 oz pasta (I used elbow!)
Add all ingredients into the crock pot (LARGE!) and cook on high for 2 hours, or low for 4. I know...wicked difficult :)
