Ingredients:
16 thin slices of prosciutto - publix sliced it for me!
8 oz gruyere, cut into matchsticks (1/2 oz per croissant)
16 croissant rolls – I got Pillsbury croissants
~ on each croissant, lay a slice of proscuiito and cheese, and then roll up. Cook according to the directions on the croissant packages J
