Ingredients:
1/3 cup EVOO
3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
3 tbsp freshly chopped rosemary - keep the stems for skewers
2 tbsp freshly chopped garlic
1 tsp each: Salt & Pepper
8 chicken tenders
8 slices of proscuitto
Directions:
*Preheat your grill to medium high heat
*Whisk together all ingredients (but chicken & proscuitto) for a marinade...i a medium or small bowl
* Wrap each chicken tender with a piece of proscuitto, then thread with the rosemary skewer
* drizzle the marinade over the tenders and let sit for about 5+ minutes.
* Grill tenders uncovered for about 3-5 minutes on each side.
