Ingredients:
- 1 cup 1/2&1/2
- 4 eggs
- S&P
- Pie Crust (I find the Pillsbury crusts, 2 per box are great...refrigerated section near the biscuits)
- Bacon - I used 8 slices...cooked a little crispy
- 1+ cup cheese - I had mozzerella and cheddar on hand
- 1/4 cup diced yellow onion (optional)
Directions:
- Heat the oven to 350 (I used my convection oven as I didn't want the kitchen to get too hot)
- Unroll the crust into a 9" pan...feel free to scallop the edges if wanted!
- Layer the fillings into the pie crust
- Mix together the eggs, 1/2&1/2, and S&P in a medium bowl; then pour over the fillings in the pan
- Bake for about 40-45 minutes, and then let stand for a few minutes before cutting into wedges.
