1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp coarse ground pepper
2 tbsp EVOO
1 tsp salt - I used sea salt
6 boneless chicken thighs (about 1.75-2 lbs)
1 1/2 lbs small red potatoes, cut into 1 inch cubes
