Ingredients
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp cool water
Carrots (I had baby carrots & cut in half)
1/2 large onion - chopped finely
Red potatoes, quartered
1 beef roast (mine was labeled pot roast…you can use chuck roast)
1/2 cup (or so) beef stock (H2O if you don’t have stock on hand)
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
Directions
Mix together the cornstarch & H2O & put in crock pot. Add in veggies and salt and pepper; then on top put on beef….season more as desired. Add in stock and Worcestershire sauce on top of meat. Cook on high for about 5+ hours (or low 10 hrs). Yummmmm
