Ingredients:
6-8oz fresh snow peas, trimmed
pinch of red pepper flakes
1/4 cup water
salt to taste
~ heat a nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Add the snow peas and red pepper flakes, and cook for about 2 minutes; stir in the water and cook peas until tender and the water has evaporates...about 3 minutes and season with salt as desired.
