Mix 1 tbsp brown sugar, the powders, plus S&P in a small bowl - rub into pork chops with 1/2 tbsp EVOO.
Once the rub is on the pork, put the other EVOO and brown sugar in a sauté pan over medium heat. Sauté the apples until tender, then removing them. Put the pork chops in the same pan and cook until the crust is nice and brown, and internal temp is where you like it (usually 150-160).
