Ingredients:
1 cup butter, softened
1.5 cups sugar
1.2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1.5 tsp vanilla
3 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 bag white chocolate chips
1.5 cups chopped Macadamia nuts
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In your mixer/KitchenAid, blend the sugars and butter until fluffy; then add in the eggs and vanilla, beating well. Blend in the flour, baking soda, and salt. Lastly stir in the chips and nut pieces. Drop teaspoon-sized amounts onto a baking sheet, and then cook for about 10-12 minutes.
