- 4-pack of pork (I tend to use pork loin)

- 1 cup thinly sliced Jonagold apples (I usually use 1 1/2-2 apples)

- 1/4 cup apple juice
- 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp chopped pecans (I like Emerald…already toasted!)
