And for those of you taking the kiddos out tomorrow...have one before you go, as it'll make the evening way more enjoyable :)
* I box Jell-O Pudding Mix (Pumpkin Spice if you have it, otherwise vanilla)
* 3/4 cup milk (I use 1%)
* 1/2+ cup Captain Morgan Spiced Rum
* 8oz whipped cream - Publix version is good for me!
* Pumpkin Pie Spice if using vanilla Jell-O
* shot glasses....you'll need 20
Directions:
* Mix the pudding powder with milk until there are no lumps...I used my handheld mixer so it was pretty fast.
* Shake some of the pumpkin pie spice into the mixture - start with a little and add more until you get what you think is the right 'pumpkin-y-ness"
* Add in the Rum and again mix until smooth.
* Fold in the cool whip
* Spoon the mixture into shot glasses and keep in the freezer.
* Let warm up for a minute or two before eating...and remember they are potent so don't eat too many!!!!!
