Oh Elderflower….how I love thee! Tonight’s happy hour was at Mitchell’s Fish Market, Jacksonville. If you get the opportunity to go there, Terrance (the bartender) is fantastic. He makes a mean elderflower martini…and the spicy asian shrimp appetizer hits the spot! Here is the recipe below if you want to chillax at home with one:

The other morning I was trying to decide what to make for breakfast, and I really didn’t want to do the same ol’ thing. So I scrounged around in my fridge and found some ingredients…turned out AMAZING! And, I made 12, so I was able to put 2 each in freezer bags for easy grab-n-go!
