Baked pork loin
- 1 bottle of ranch dressing (I only used 1/3)
- 2 cups italian bread crumbs
- italian spices, garlic powder & salt, pepper, etc…to taste
- 2 tbsp parmesan cheese
- 1 package - mine had 5 thinly sliced in them (so now I have a few meals for the week!)
Parmesan Baked Tomatoes
- 2 medium tomatoes
- parmesan cheese…I didn’t measure as I just sprinkled the amount I liked on the top of the tomatoes
- italian spices, salt, pepper
- EVOO - probably about 1-2 tbsp but again I didn’t measure
- fresh basil (I rolled it up and cut it into crinkle strips!)
