Ingredients:
* Shrimp - deveined & peeled (we each had two tacos with 4 shrimp in each)
* Flour tortilla shells
* Cajun blackening spice mix
* Avocado - sliced
* Lime/Lime juice
* Sour Cream
* Chipotle peppers in adobe
~ Season the shrimp about 10-15 minutes before cooking if you can. Then, put the shrimp on the grill (we used her griddle pan on the stove for ease) and cook until the shrimp turns pink. While the shrimp is cooking, in a small bowl scoop about two-three big spoonfuls of the sour cream. Take the chipotle pepper out of the jar and dice up...add to the sour cream plus some of the adobe sauce to your taste. Add a bit of lime juice to your bowl and mix everything together. Build your tacos as you wish, and squirt more lime juice as desired! Only 220 calories for both tacos :)
