I have been really good this week with being around 80% Paleo, so I decided to splurge and have some pasta! I found this recipe and tweaked it a bit for me…I wish I had fresh sage in the garden to make this just a little more homey. All in all this was a good dinner – and hit my carb craze!
- 1 lb chicken breasts – I used thin cuts from Publix
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 package Buitoni Three Cheese Raviolette
- ½ cup walnuts
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1/3 cup fresh sage leaves – I chopped mine up a bit (your call!)
