Oh Elderflower….how I love thee! Tonight’s happy hour was at Mitchell’s Fish Market, Jacksonville. If you get the opportunity to go there, Terrance (the bartender) is fantastic. He makes a mean elderflower martini…and the spicy asian shrimp appetizer hits the spot! Here is the recipe below if you want to chillax at home with one:
