- salt & fresh black pepper
- pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 box fettuccine - cooked as directed on box (I use Ronzoni Garden Delight)
- 1 beefsteak tomato (de-seeded & diced)
- Fresh Basil leaves
- 3/4 lb pancetta - cooked until crispy)
