Ingredients & directions:
- 1 lb chicken breasts
- 1 cup honey
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup soy sauce (low sodium)
- 2 tsp minced garlic (I used jarred - not fresh this time)
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- cornstarch - add at end to thicken sauce
- salt & pepper to taste
