1 cup grape tomatoes, halved (the big ones I cut in thirds)
A bunch of basil leaves...I don't know how many I grabbed from my garden...maybe 20?
1 - 20 oz package of Buitoni Cheese Tortellini
(I did buy the 20oz. package of Buitoni tortellini, but I put half aside - before mixing - for
pasta/sauce for later...trust me this will help with carb/portion control!!!!
Fresh pepper to taste
1/4 cup (or less) Marie's Asiago Peppercorn salad dressing
Directions: Cook the pasta according to the package; after you drain it, run cool water over the pasta so it doesn't become sticky and cools down to become a salad. Take half and put aside for another meal...you will thank me for it later. Toss the pasta with the rest of the ingredients in a large-ish bowl and put in the fridge to keep cool until the chicken is done.
