Ingredients:
- Blueberries (I had a ½ pint)
- Yogurt – I prefer the Chobani Greek Vanilla
- Wax paper & baking sheet
- Toothpicks
This morning I got up with Jerome, ironed his clothes and packed his lunch. Once he left I realized…OMG this is my first real day of not working – what AM I going to do!?!?!? So I busted through my chore list for the day, and then opened the fridge…and that’s where I just spent an hour! I not only cleaned the fridge, but I was able to get some ideas for meals this week, as well as a snack. Below is my Frozen Yogurt-Covered Blueberries – wicked simple and healthy! Ingredients:
~ Using a toothpick, spear 1-2 blueberries & dip into the yogurt; place the covered berries on the wax paper (on baking sheet). Repeat for as many berries as you would like. Once done, place in freezer for at least 1 hour. I then took the sheet out and put all my berries in a Tupperware container & put back in the freezer…so to save space! Enjoy

Hey y’all! I’m Sara, and my passion lies in experimenting with new recipes. Cooking alongside my ‘mini me’ brings me immense joy, and I love sharing that enthusiasm with my friends and family. My culinary creations often feature simple ingredient lists, but I approach them with a ‘from scratch’ mindset.
Inspirations flow from various sources: memories of my late mom’s cooking, the pages of Cuisine Magazine, insights from fellow bloggers, and the camaraderie of my kitchen goddess friends. Feel free to reach out with your favorite recipes or any exciting dishes you’d like me to explore! Categories
