Ingredients
1 3/4 cups mashed cooked pumpkin (can use canned)
1/2 tsp salt
1 3/4 cups milk (I used 2%)
3 eggs
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
2 tbsp sugar
1 1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cloves
1 9" pie crust - i bought mine but making your own is best!
Directions
~ Put all ingredients (minus the crust lol) in a large mixing bowl and beat together with a rotary beater.
~ Once all ingredients are mixed well together, pour into pie crusts. Be aware that it will be very soupy...no need to worry :)
~ Bake for about 45-55 minutes on 425 degrees. At about 30 minutes into baking, i check the crust...if it is getting to dark golden, put foil around the crust edge and continue to bake
