18 jalapeños
1 package bacon (each strip cut in half)
1 package little smokies
1 block cream cheese
1 cup grated cheddar
Garlic salt, pepper, onion powder to taste
Slice the jalapeños in half, lengthwise, removing the seeds and top. Mix the cream cheese, cheddar and spice together; then spoon the mixture onto the peppers. Put the smokies on the mixture, and then wrap with bacon. Place the poppers on a cooling rack, and put the rack on a cookie sheet (so the grease doesn’t make the poppers soggy when cooking!). Bake at 425 for about 25-30 minutes…delish!
