- 4 tilapia filets
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1-2 tbsp EVOO
- 1 tbsp butter
- salt & pepper to taste
- parmesan cheese to top as desired
Tilapia = 287 calories; green beans = 44 calories; near east whole grains blend – pecans & garlic brown rice = 250 calories; 1 cup almond milk = 90 calories….all in all 671 Calories!!!
