Tilapia with a lemon-white wine sauce with tomatoes and feta
~ 1 lb tilapia, white wine (I choose Pinot), lemon juice, spices to taste, capers, tomatoes, feta. In separate tinfoil pans, put tilapia with wine, lemon juice, spices and capers. Broil in oven at 500 degrees for about 10 minutes. Add the feta and diced tomatoes for about 5-8 minutes. Take tilapia out of tinfoil and sauce and serve with favorite vegetable.
