Ingredients
* 3 packages mini phyllo shells (in the frozen aisle)
~ Preheat the oven to 350; in a large bowl, mix together the rotel, bacon and mayo until blended. Add in the cheese and stir until mixed well. Fill the phyllo cups with the mixture and place on a baking sheet. Bake for about 20 minutes, and then check the cups....keep cooking (checking every couple of minutes) until they look crispy/cheese is a little bubbly.
