1.5 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3 ripe bananas, mashed
3/4 c sugar
1 egg
1/3 c butter - softened
For crumble:
2 tbsp flour
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1/3 c packed brown sugar
1 tbsp butter
Mix the bananas, white sugar, egg and butter in kitchen aid mixer. Mix together in a small bowl the dry ingredients (flour, salt, powder and soda), and then add into banana mixture. Line or grease a 12 cup muffin tin and pour in batter. Mix the crumble mixture together and sprinkle over the muffin batter. Bake at 375 for 18-20 minutes!
