Ingredients:
2 tilapia
1 tbsp paprika
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp ground red pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder (I didnt have garlic powder, so I used my garlic pepper
1 tsp lemon pepper
1 tsp italian seasoning
1/4 c butter (half a stick)
~ combine all of the dry ingredients in a small bowl; melt the butter. On a dinner plate, lay the fish and then pour the butter over it…turn once or twice to coat. Sprinkle half the dry mixture over the fish, turn the fish over and spread the rest. I cooked our fish on our grill veggie tray with tinfoil, but you can also grill it right on the grill (I just didn’t want the clean up frankly!). Make sure to heat up your grill for about 5 minutes on high before you put the fish on; grill on each side for about 3-4 minutes…or until done.
