14 oz package of (Publix) frozen broccoli florets, thawed and completely drained
1 1/2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
3 large eggs, whisked
Salt & pepper to taste (about 1/4tsp each recommended)
1 cup of seasoned Italian breadcrumbs (panko can be used too)
Preheat oven to 375. After thawing/draining the broccoli, place the florets in a cuisanart and pulse under chopped finely. Then place all ingredients in a large bowl and stir to combine. With your hands, form small patties and place on a parchment lined baking sheet....I made 12.Bake for 15 minutes, flip the patties over, and bake an additional 10-12 minutes.
