Ingredients
- 1 lb strawberries
- 3-4 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 8 oz. softened cream cheese (I use the 1/3 reduced fat version)
- Graham crackers…crushed
Note - i used an egg carton to hold the strawberries upright!
This morning I woke up to a beautiful Floridian July day and decided to be industrious! After a short run, I hit Publix, did 4 loads of laundry, cleaned the kitchen, did a little preparation for tomorrow’s work day, and watched Spain whoop Italy. I then decided to make a little treat…strawberries stuffed with a cheesecake mixture :) What a nice way to enjoy the day!!!!
