Ingredients (for one person):
* 4-6 scallops, depending on size
* Ground pepper and kosher salt
* 1/2 tbsp. EVOO
* 1/2 tbsp. unsalted butter
* 1 clove garlic, minced
* 1 1/2 tbsp. cream (I used regular...next time I would use heavy!)
* 2 tbsp. water
* Sprinkling of cayenne pepper - to your degree of spiciness
* A few parsley leaves
