Ingredients:
1 bottle Prosecco
3-4oz. chilled limoncello
1 pint fresh raspberries - better if chilled/frozen for about 30 minutes
Fresh Mint
Directions: I put my wine glasses in the freezer for about 5-10 minutes as well, which helped keep the drink cooler for longer (I live in Florida, so this is a big deal!). Pour 1+oz of Limoncello into each wine glass, along with a handful of chilled/frozen berries. Top the rest of the wine glass off with Prosecco and a sprig of mint. Voila!
PS - this made 3 good sized servings...
