Ingredients (6-8 people):
Six - 1lb+ lobsters (LIVE)
2-3lbs clams
15oz smoked kielbasa
4+ ears of corn
8+ small red potatoes - halved or quartered depending on the size
1 large onion
1 head garlic
cheese cloth (for the clams)
lemons & melted butter
NOTE...you should also have lobster tools...
Directions:
***you may need 2 pots depending on the number of lobsters
* Fill the stock pot 1/2 way (or so) with water and some salt, bringing to a boil. Quarter the onion and cut the head of garlic through the widest part...add these items to the water as well as potatoes for about 8 minutes.
* Add the Lobsters & Kielbasa to the pots, for about 9-10 minutes. TWO minutes into the lobster cooking time, add in the bags of clams. When you have about 4 minutes left on cooking time, add in the corn. (sounds way more difficult than it is...just keep a timer nearby).
* remove the lobsters and cool for about 10 minutes. Strain the boil and remove the cheese clothes
* Now if you want to be really nice to your guests, prepare the lobsters (ya know, get the legs, claws, meat ready & head/green stuff removed) :)
