Ingredients
2 apples (mine were Fuji)
1/3 cup sugar
1 egg
2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp all spice
Juice from one lemon
Dash of salt
4 tbsp flour
Wonton or egg roll wraps
1 tbsp butter, melted
Cinnamon sugar
Preheat to 375. Dice up apples, then add flour, sugar, salt, spices and lemon juice and mix together with a spoon. In another bowl, beat egg. Prepare a large baking sheet with parchment paper, and spray with EVOO cooking spray. Lay out wonton rolls (I used two length wise, or you can use one egg roll), brush egg on ends & sides. Spoon some of the apple mix inside and roll up; repeat until most of apple mix is used.
Bake for 20 minutes. Take out of oven, brush on melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake for 5-6 more minutes. Serve hot with vanilla ice cream & any leftover apple mix on top!
