For the salmon:
- 1.5lbs salmon
- 1/4 cup EVOO
- 2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce (I choose low sodium)
- 2 garlic cloves…I used my garlic press
- 1 tbsp freshly grated ginger
- 1-2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 1/2 toasted sesame seeds
